About
We aim to tell the story of Beith and surrounding area through our collection of local items and artefacts which reflect local life.
Permanently on display is our collection of furniture from several of the cabinet works for which the town was renowned, and items connected with weaving. Other items are displayed on rotation.
We also hold exhibitions on specific themes to coincide with particular events. Our collection highlights include many items associated with the former Spier’s School, Parish Church magazines, information on local WW1 and WW2 service men and women as well as many local photographs and maps.
